OFF Mode

Stops all cutter operation; pressing Inching Switch produces no output (avoids accidental activation); auto-shuts down after 30s inactivity to save power.

ON Mode (Manual)

Requires holding Inching Switch for 30W high-power ultrasonic output; continuous front LED + buzzer "ding" confirms activation; ideal for shorter/softer materials.

AUTO Mode (Automatic)

No need to hold Inching Switch (continuous operation); LED lights up + buzzer "ding" on activation; perfect for longer/harder materials (e.g., PCBs, carbon fiber).

Flatwise Auto Standby Mode

  • Innovatively integrated with a Gesture Sensing Activation System (exclusive to cordless UC02 Ultrasonic Cutter)
  • Effectively conserves battery power, extends usage duration, and enhances overall cutting experience
  • In AUTO Mode: automatically switches to standby if placed horizontally for 10 seconds; emits a "ding" and reactivates instantly when picked up
  • ~90% of general cutting/polishing tasks are completed in under 10 seconds, avoiding workflow disruption
  • For tasks requiring >10s horizontal use: switch to ON Mode (manual) to temporarily disable the standby system

Auto Frequency Following System

  • Upgraded based on direct feedback from UC01 backers, delivering smarter performance than its predecessor
  • Optimized for better battery efficiency, prolonging single-charge usage time
  • In AUTO Mode: intelligently adjusts power output (0-35W, max 40W) according to the material being cut
  • Pioneering design for ultrasonic cutters, driving technological advancement in the tiny ultrasonic cutter category

Inner Temperature Control Probe

  • Sensitive temperature control probe embedded in the handle (building on UC01's core design)
  • Works in tandem with the automatic fan to regulate handle internal temperature, extending single-use duration
  • Micro silent fan activates automatically (all modes except OFF) when internal temperature ≥50°C; stops when cooled to ≤40°C
  • Fan shuts down immediately in OFF Mode for optimal power conservation
